This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled on www.escortling.com. All purchases on our platform are made using Gold, our in-platform currency, which is acquired via cryptocurrency payment.
Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within 72 hours of purchasing Gold, provided you meet the following conditions:
- The Gold has not been spent or partially spent on any platform service (advertising, promotions, or other features).
- You provide a valid reason for the refund request.
- The request is submitted within 72 hours of the original purchase.
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- Gold has already been used for advertising, promotions, or any other platform service.
- The account was terminated due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions (e.g. fake profiles, duplicate listings, prohibited content).
- More than 72 hours have passed since the purchase.
Refund Method
Due to the nature of cryptocurrency transactions, refunds cannot be processed back to the original cryptocurrency wallet. All approved refunds are issued via bank transfer (SEPA/wire) in EUR to a bank account you provide.
Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed and received in your bank account.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Visit our Contact Form and select the "General Inquiry" category.
- Include your account email, the date of purchase, and the transaction amount.
- Describe the reason for your refund request.
We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
Cancellation of Services
Gold purchases are one-time transactions. There are no recurring subscriptions or automatic renewals associated with Gold purchases.
If recurring billing options are introduced in the future, this policy will be updated with clear details on billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation instructions before any such service is offered.
Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deleting your account permanently removes all your data, profiles, and uploaded content. Any unspent Gold is forfeited upon account deletion and is not eligible for refund.
Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with a refund decision, you may escalate your concern by contacting us at admin@escortling.com. We will review escalated disputes within 7 business days and provide a final resolution.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
